Return Policy

It is our desire to see each customer individually matched with the treasure that you desire and that you are pleased with your order. If you need to return an item, or inquire about the status of a refund, please email us at mayflowermarket@gmail.com. 

We accept returns shipped back to us within 15 days of your receipt for all items that are in the condition in which you received them for a full refund. Partial refunds or in store credits, discounts, etc can also be explored upon request and by case. 

In most of our items are unique vintage pieces, we ask that you clearly read the posts and inspect the photographs and condition of the item, asking any questions before purchase. 

In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase or we made an error, we invite you to reach out to us for personal resolution. 

Broken Items: We strive to exercise care in packaging, but sometimes our best efforts can still lead to tragedy. If this happens, please take the best photographs you can and reach out to us.
